Here are a couple of other kitchen and bath design applications for them: 1) Accent and "night" lighting below countertops 2) Accent Lighting behind full-height backsplashes 3) Task and accent lighting within cabinets I think the pros far outweigh the cons. There are already remodeler sets for recessed cans that are coming down in price. Sooner, rather than later, I'm sure, will be replacement kits. Thanks for sharing such great info!
